Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.
We will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, and we will cover the return postage costs.
Change of Mind Returns

The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
The return request is lodged within 30 days of receiving the item
